"Sleep Variations" describes the transitions between wakefulness and sleep. Pseudo-rhythms are carefully placed and immersed in swelling harmonies and organic textures. The result is neither neither ambient nor beat-based. Instead, Wiklow rests between the two, delicately leaving space for subconscious variation.
